Technikon contributes to WP3 by supporting requirements specifications. Technikon leads WP10 and WP11. Here, its professional media department develops dissemination materials and digital content, including the project website, social media, newsletters, and open-access publications via Zenodo. Additionally, Technikon produces audio-visual materials such as videos and illustrations to communicate project outcomes effectively. With extensive expertise, Technikon ensures PRIVIDEMA’s smooth execution and impactful dissemination.

CEA (Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives) is a leading French public research organization, renowned for its contributions to energy, defense, health, and information technologies. As one of Europe’s foremost research institutions, CEA combines cutting-edge expertise with a commitment to scientific and technological progress. In PRIVIDEMA, CEA plays a crucial role through its advanced research on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), more specifically with work onscheme switching and efficient implementations. CEA addresses key challenges in biometric identification prediction use Case through optimizing critical FHE operations like argmin, argmax, and functional bootstrapping. Additionally, CEA develops FHE-friendly federated learning aggregation methods within the encrypted domain, advancing privacy-preserving technologies. CEA’s research ensures the applicability of secure, privacy-focused computational methods to real-world scenarios.
