A partner in the PRIVIDEMA project, participated in the FHE.org Conference held in Sofia, Bulgaria, the major annual event of the homomorphic encryption community. Three CEA researchers presented two posters: “Designing a General-Purpose 8-bit (T)FHE Processor Abstraction” and “Relations Among New CCA Security Notions for Approximate FHE”, showcasing CEA’s work on an 8-bit instruction set for TFHE and novel security notions. The conference featured a full day of invited talks, poster sessions, and networking activities, and attracted 171 registered participants in 2025. As an affiliated event of RWC 2025, the overall audience reached several hundred attendees, with an estimated 15–20 interested participants per poster engaging directly with the CEA team and their research activities.

8th HomomorphicEncryption.org Standards Meeting

The partners contributed to discussions on homomorphic encryption standards, presented the latest developments related to HE within the scope of PRIVIDEMA, and engaged with the international community on the adoption of HE as a global standard. The workshop brought together application developers, security practitioners, and homomorphic encryption experts to discuss technical standards, software tools for development and benchmarking, hardware acceleration strategies, and industry applications, closely aligning with PRIVIDEMA’s objectives in advancing privacy-preserving technologies.
